A two-day technical update session with group live instruction offers the latest information on U.S. tax issues affecting the earnings and profits of CFCs. The new IRS proposed regulations contain many important rules dealing with earnings & profits, Subpart F income and Foreign tax credits that most companies need to understand to re-examine this aspect of tax planning.

Substitutions/Cancellations
No credit card or cash refunds will be granted at any time. Substitutions of enrolled delegates is acceptable. Should you be unable to attend for any reason, please inform us IN WRITING up to one week prior to the start of the conference. A credit for another CITE conference will be issued for cancellations received within this time frame. A $350 fee will apply to cancellations within 72 business hours of the conference start date. "No-Shows" will be charged as attendees.
