Q:  Dan Doiron, CPA, CVA, with Albin, Randall & Bennett, CPAs, in Lewiston, ME, is a past attendee at FDTA conferences and ordered a videotape of the recently held FSC and ETI video conference.  Dan asks:  Can you let me know when the IRS will issue Form 1120-FSC for the year 2000?  I presume one will be issued, but if you could provide some insight via return email, I would appreciate it.

A:  The Form is available in Adobe (pdf) format from the IRS website (irs.gov).  Look under forms and publications.  The website has the Form 1120-FSC, Schedule P and Instructions for 2000.  The IRS website also contains a copy of the newly-released Form 8873 and Instructions for claiming the ETI benefit in 2000.
